Probably best known in the gaming world for directing the 1st HALO anime with Rooster Teeth <<RIP BRUVs>>. Jesse has worked on every stage from concepting, development, or marketing for titles like: Assassin’s Creed, Battleborn, FarCry, Tom Clancy’s series, Warhammer 40k, etc. In his animation career, Jesse led animation departments for the Russo Brothers’ animated IP development efforts (Stranger Things Anime, Dark Souls/Elden Ring, Hyper Light Drifter), he’s developed programing for networks AMC, iTV, NBC/Universal, Disney/Marvel, SpikeTV, Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video, James Patterson, Nintendo… to god-forbid we forget to humble him with mention of Mattel's Barbie & Polly Pocket animated projects.
In his advertising career, he built a fractionalized CMO service leading the 2x CES winning Damon Motorcycles to over 100 million in sales, launching Triller App + the 5 million attendee TrillerFest, and like 50 other companies so far. He’s ready to make something special with r0b1ts.
Marshall Wilson

Marshall has worked with Jesse’s teams for a decade plus. He’s conducted the initial visual storytelling (or Pre-Vis) for thousands of commercials including some of the most memorable Super Bowl campaigns in the past ten years, several are recipients of Advertising Age Awards, Cannes Lions, etc. Marshall also has worked on or led the teams developing a lot of the titles above with Jesse.
He is a (near) competitive level Street Fighter gamer with an impressive collection of vintage game titles. His combined skills and lifelong reverence for gaming make him a natural leader of the r0b1ts team in visual design & execution.

Music + Advisory
Josh has a sixth sense for how to build zeitgeist pop culture media projects. He is the co-Founder of the multi-platinum rock band Arcade Fire. He also heads production companies including Bleach FX, producing 10,000’s of hours of content for HBO, JJ Abrams’ Bad Robot, Sony/Paramount, Scott Free, with titles like Lethal Weapon, Training Day, Westworld, and mostly recently released Amazon’s Fallout series.
Josh will lead the music creation, design, production and assist with making sure r0b1ts is as BIG as the projects he’s used to making.
